With the decrease of fossil fuels, the energy problem becomes more and more serious.Methane has attracted more and more attention because of its high reserves. But methane is a greenhouse gas, which is 25 times more potent than carbon dioxide, and its use could exacerbate environmental problems around the world. The conversion of methane and carbon dioxide into target products by means of non-equilibrium plasma is currently a research hotspot in the application of plasma, but the selectivity of plasma to target products is low,so in this thesis, the conversion of methane and carbon dioxide is carried out by means of coupling of non-equilibrium plasma and catalyst. Therefore, this thesis focuses on the dry reforming of methane and carbon dioxide, aiming at achieve greenhouse gas conversion and obtain a series of industrial raw materials with high added value, such as syngas, low carbon hydrocarbon(C1~C3)and oxides.this thesis considers the electron collision reaction of the main reactants and free radicals in the discharge stage, and improves the chemical reaction model of methane and carbon dioxide under the condition of non-equilibrium plasma and catalyst by adding the catalytic reaction of material particles. The kinetic process of the whole chemical reaction was studied, with emphasis on the influence and effect of adsorbed particles in the reaction process. In order to explore the kinetic effect of methane and carbon dioxide in the conversion process,a kinetic model of the co-conversion of methane by non-equilibrium plasma and catalyst was established based on the measured data of the gas chromatograph in the laboratory in this thesis. The rationality of the kinetic model was proved through comparing the numerical simulation results with the experimental data.By analyzing the generation and consumption rate of the main substances and some basis groups in the process of co-conversion of methane and carbon dioxide by plasma and catalyst,we obtained the relevant information of the generation and consumption of the main substances and the basis groups, and then obtained the reaction path of the main substances in the methane reforming process. This thesis builded a experiment platform of non-equilibrium plasma methane and carbon dioxide spectrum reforming. This thesis measured the spectrum of two conversion processes, which are the pure non-equilibrium plasma assisted methane and carbon dioxide conversion process and the plasma and catalyst cooperative assisted methane and carbon dioxide conversion process respectively. The basis group information of methane and carbon dioxide in the above two different conversion processes was obtained by spectral measurement. The method of XRD,FT-IR,SEM-EDS and XPS were used to characterize the catalysts, and to obtain the plasma-catalytic coupling characteristics.
