| In order to improve the treatment effect of self-controlled SBR reactor on two kinds of refractory wastewater,2-4 strains of highly effective degrading bacteria were screened out from the two kinds of refractory wastewater,and the optimal proportion of the bacteria was found to improve the treatment effect by means of bioaugmentationt.By studying the growth characteristics and degradation characteristics of degrading bacteria,D1-4-1 and D1-2-1 strains were screened out from the green engine cooling wastewater of John Deere in Tianjin as the dominant strains.The D1-2-1 bacteria with4%(bacterial liquid volume/sewage volume)dosing quantity have the most ideal improvement rate of biodegradability to green engine cooling wastewater.Seven strains of degrading bacteria were screened from Xinjiang refining sewage.According to the different increase of BOD5,under different degrading bacteria species and different dosing quantity of bacterial liquid volume,the high-efficiency degradation strains were selected as K2,K5,K6 and K7,and the corresponding dosing quantity was2%,6%,6%and 4%(bacterial liquid volume/sewage volume).After the bioaugmentation to the self-controlled SBR reactor,the COD removal efficiency of the wastewater from Xinjiang refinery was increased from 88.15%to 91.78%,which achieved the goal of improving treatment effect of Xinjiang refining sewage by bioaugmentation. |
