| As a long-term incentive system for enterprises,the employee stock ownership plan has always been one of the hot issues that domestic and foreign scholars pay attention to.In 2014,the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Guiding Opinions on Employee Stock Ownership of Pilot Listed Companies",and the employee stock ownership plan has set off a huge wave of research in domestic academia and industry.The employee stock ownership plan has always played an active role in improving the enthusiasm of employees at work,and through interest binding to enable employees to participate in corporate governance as shareholders,to a certain extent stimulate the enthusiasm of employees.Although the current academic circles have carried out a lot of exploration in the direction of employee stock ownership plans,and there have been relevant empirical studies and analyses on the impact of technological innovation on employee stock ownership plans,there are relatively few studies on specific cases.Therefore,this article analyzes the employee stock ownership plan of 3Trees,hoping to provide reference and reference for the listed companies to select and implement the employee stock ownership plan.Based on the research ideas and methods of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper selects the representative 3 Trees Employee Stock Ownership Plan as a research case for research and analysis.First of all,this article analyzes the motivation of 3 Trees to implement the employee stock ownership plan from both inside and outside the company.Secondly,it expounds the specific content of 3 Trees Employee Stock Ownership Plan.Then,from different perspectives such as market feedback,corporate innovation performance and employee benefits,the implementation effect of 3 Trees Employee Stock Ownership Plan was evaluated,and the impact of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan on the company and employees was further analyzed.Finally,this article draws relevant conclusions,and on this basis,puts forward a number of policy recommendations on the implementation of employee stock ownership plans.The main contributions of this paper are as follows: First,this paper broadens the current research perspective on the implementation effects of employee stock ownership plans,and enriches the performance evaluation system of employee stock ownership plans from the perspective of enterprise technology innovation.Second,through the analysis of company cases that have successfully implemented employee stock ownership plans,the in-depth study of the impact of the implementation of employee stock ownership plans on the company’s innovation performance,and provide a case reference for future companies to implement employee stock ownership plans. |
