| The foreign matter intrusion detection system around the railway is one of the necessary monitoring means to enhance the railway safety management.Because of the long railway mileage and large railway network area,and its coincidence with the human and animal activities,it is facing the threat of invasion of the boundary caused by human and animal.At present,it is an ideal solution to detect perimeter intrusion based on video monitoring.However,because of the huge network of high-speed railway,the use of artificial video monitoring is not only inefficient,but also too expensive.Moreover,outdoor railway video monitoring will inevitably be affected by extreme weather,resulting in the decline of video image quality,which is particularly fatal for detection tasks.Based on the above characteristics,this paper designs a foreign object intrusion detection system based on the object detection of fog resistant railway.The system can automatically collect meteorological data of monitoring points along the railway line,and forecast weather with relevant data.When the meteorological judgment result is foggy,the defog algorithm will be automatically called for image processing to restore clear images and improve the accuracy of target detection algorithm.The following is the main content of this paper :(1)The background and research status of foreign object intrusion detection system around railway are analyzed.(2)The paper introduces the related technologies in the system development.(3)The paper summarizes and analyzes the business requirements of foreign object intrusion scene around the railway by using the software engineering technology,and designs the whole structure of the system.(4)The design and implementation of the foreign object intrusion detection algorithm and the real-time defogging algorithm are carried out.The common foreign object intrusion detection targets around the railway are summarized and sorted out,and a special network of fusion algorithm is designed.The data set of high-speed railway sample defogging is constructed to complete the training and testing of the two network algorithms.(5)The system realizes the foreign object intrusion detection system around the railway,and tests the algorithm used in the system on the spot,and tests the business requirements of the system.At present,all functions of the system are accepted normally. |
