As a major infrastructure country,China has always been in a leading position in the world in terms of cement usage.Therefore,the research on the performance of cement mortar has received extensive attention.For a long time,cement admixtures,as one of the main means to improve the performance of cement products,still have many drawbacks,which are also contrary to the concept of green development.It has great engineering application value and practical significance to engineering construction.The main research conclusions are as follows:First,analyze the magnetization mechanism of magnetized water from the perspective of hydrogen bonds between water molecules and water molecular clusters,After that,a self-made magnetization device with different gaps was used to cross-test the four water qualities,Test and analyze the conductivity,pH,surface tension,etc.respectively.the result shows:After magnetization,the surface tension of different water quality has decreased,and the conductivity has increased.The pH value of distilled water and purified water with less ions decreases,and the pH value of tap water and mineral water increases;In addition,it is also concluded that the smaller the magnetic gap,the better the magnetization effect of water and the ion concentration in the water has a significant effect on the magnetization of water.Carried out four kinds of water quality magnetized cement mortar mixing test,and separately measure the air content of the freshly mixed cement mortar,Stratification,apparent density and other parameters and the compressive strength of hardened cement mortar were tested.Research indicates:Magnetized water has no obvious effect on air content,But it increased the consistency by up to 14.8%,The degree of stratification is reduced by up to75.7%,Apparent density increased by 33.9kg/m~3.The test results of compressive strength show that,for tap water,the maximum increase in compressive strength after magnetization can reach 19.27%.In different water quality,the compressive strength of mineral water after magnetization has the highest increase,reaching 21.18%.This shows that magnetized water can improve the performance of mortar.Comprehensive analysis of the results of the water test and the compressive strength of the mortar can be obtained,There is no linear correlation between the changes in pH,conductivity,and surface tension of the water after magnetization and the changes in the compressive strength of the mortar.A cement reduction test of cement mortar was carried out,and the results showed:Magnetized water can ensure that the compression resistance reaches the qualified standard under the premise of reducing the amount of cement by 10%.At last,The cement slurry mixed with magnetized water of different water quality was analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that magnetized water can make cement hydration more fully,increase cement hydration products,reduce gaps and increase compactness.
