| With the improvement of the country’s economic level and the continuous advancement of urbanization and industrialization,how to deal with a large amount of urban domestic waste has attracted more and more attention from the society.One way is to realize the recycling of garbage.It is precisely because the incineration method has the advantages of good volume reduction,large processing capacity,and recycling and other advantages,it is gradually becoming the mainstream garbage treatment method.However,the generation and flow of chlorine pollutants in the waste incineration process will corrode the combustion equipment,and excessive emissions will pollute the environment.Nowadays,there have been a lot of researches on the migration or removal of chlorine in the conventional air atmosphere of garbage,but its migration law is affected by the heat treatment method,atmosphere and dechlorination agent.The research on impact is still in the exploratory stage.Using the Equilib toolbox in the FactSage thermodynamic balance software,the thermodynamic balance simulation analysis of the conversion of chlorine in the waste treatment process of municipal solid waste or mixed sludge is used to explore the combustion atmosphere,reaction temperature,dechlorination agent,and sludge blending.Proportion to the law of the conversion of chlorine in MSW combustion can correct the best combustion conditions for the conversion of chlorine in MSW combustion.The simulation results show that:due to the high content of chlorine in PVC,the simulated addition of dechlorinating agent replaces the chlorine in kitchen waste mainly in the form of inorganic chlorine,so the chlorine products in kitchen waste are mainly NaCl and KCl,basically no HCl generation,dechlorination agent.It has a certain effect only in pyrolysis atmosphere.When MSW burns in air or an oxygen-enriched atmosphere,the main products of chlorine are Cl2 and HCl.After a certain temperature,they are all converted into HCl.At this temperature,the oxidant will be converted into garbage.The specific components of the garbage vary;under oxygen-enriched atmosphere,With the increase of O2 content,the more Cl2 and the less HCl;while pyrolysis in the whole experimental temperature range,almost all chlorine is converted into HCl.When the temperature exceeds a certain temperature(400~800℃under different working conditions),the effect of the dechlorinating agent:CaO>CaCO3,the addition ratio of15%>10%>5%,pyrolysis>air>oxygen-enriched atmosphere(oxygen-enriched When CO2and the dechlorinating agent generate CaCO3,the less O2 content,the dechlorination effect is related to the garbage composition.Because MSW sample 2 contains a lot of sulfur,the sulfur element oxidizes to generate CaSO4,which inhibits the dechlorination effect,so the MSW sample 1 dechlorination effect sample MSW sample 2,the suitable dechlorination temperature range is wide.The dechlorination effect of mixed sludge is slightly reduced when the dechlorination agent is added.After the mixed sludge is eliminated,the conversion trend and conversion amount of chlorine products in different atmospheres are added.The effect after the chlorine agent is basically the same as that before the fusion and mixing.In order to contrast with the simulation results,the MSW sample alone or mixed with the dechlorination agent CaO was uniformly burned in a horizontal tube furnace,and the chlorine content in the generated gas was determined by a multifunctional ion chromatography analyzer.When MSW samples are burned in air or oxygen-enriched atmosphere,the dechlorination rate will decrease as the temperature rises.After adding the dechlorinating agent,the downward trend will obviously slow down.The higher the O2 content in the oxygen-enriched atmosphere,the better the dechlorination effect;When burning in a pyrolysis atmosphere,the dechlorination rate will increase and the temperature will increase first and then decrease,reaching the highest at 700℃.Dechlorination effect:15%>10%>5%,when no dechlorination agent is added,oxygen enrichment>air>pyrolysis,when dechlorination agent is added,air>oxygen enrichment>pyrolysis. |
