Semiconductor photocatalysis technology,which uses semiconductor materials as catalyst to degrade organic pollutants and prepare clean energy such as H2 and CH4by solar energy,is an emerging technology to solve the increasingly serious environmental pollution and energy crisis.Among them,the light absorption ability of semiconductor materials,carrier separation efficiency and other factors directly determine the performance of the final photocatalytic materials.In this paper,Bi based nano photocatalytic materials were used based onβ-Bi2O3,the structure of the binary and ternary heterostructures ofβ-Bi2O3 are discussed preparation and composition ofβ-Bi2O3based multi-component heterostructure and its effect on photocatalytic performance.The main contents are as follows:β-Bi2O3/Bi2O2CO3(BO/BOC)heterojunction was prepared by calcining the precursor Bi-EG.the effects of calcination time on the phase,structure and photocatalytic performance of the heterojunction were investigated.The results showed that the sample BO/BOC-4 calcined for 4 hours showed the best photocatalytic performance,and the degradation efficiency of organic dye methyl orange was nearly 2.1 times higher than that of singleβ-Bi2O3;PL spectra and photocurrent measurements show that BO/BOC-4 has higher carrier separation efficiency,which also confirms this fact.Based onβ-Bi2O3/Bi2O2CO3 binary heterojunction,B-doped g-C3N4 was synthesized the ternary heterojunctionβ-Bi2O3/Bi2O2CO3/B-C3N4(BO/BOC/BCN for short)based onβ-Bi2O3showed no other heterophase in the system by XRD.DRS and PL analysis showed that after the formation of the ternary heterojunction,the absorption ability and carrier separation ability were significantly enhanced.The photocatalytic performance of BCN/BO/BOC-10 sample was the best,and 5 mg/L methyl orange solution could be degrade 99%under 1 h illumination.
