In today’s society,energy conservation and environmental protection have become the mainstream concept,and prefabricated buildings just uphold the characteristics of "five sections and one environmental protection" and are favored by the construction industry.The sudden new crown epidemic has also verified the advantages of rapid construction of prefabricated buildings.Therefore,prefabricated buildings will inevitably become the trend of future industry development.As we all know,the construction industry is a high-risk industry.The current literature on the safety risk prediction of traditional building construction is relatively mature.However,as a product of industrial catalysis,my country’s risk research system has not yet been fully established.It is necessary to predict and control security risks.This paper sorts out the research methods in the field of prefabricated building risk prediction and control,comprehensively analyzes the research methods in other risk fields,selects a risk prediction method based on rough sets and support vector regression,and based on a combination of qualitative and quantitative risk control method.Firstly,by analyzing the characteristics of prefabricated building construction,summarizing industry policies,consulting related documents on risk identification,comprehensively analyzing and considering the characteristics of the prefabricated building construction stage,establishing a prefabricated building safety risk prediction index system;secondly,according to the rough set theory and Apply to the decision rules during attribute reduction,discretize and reduce the conditional attribute set to form the reduced attribute set,combined with the support vector regression machine theory,select the RBF kernel function and the parameter optimization of the microgrid method to form a prediction model;Thirdly,according to the established risk model,qualitative risk control suggestions are put forward,and at the same time,the objective function with the highest safety level when the cost is limited is established quantitatively,and the solution is solved by Lingo software to provide managers with intuitive risk control investment allocation;Finally,through case analysis,the model is further applied,the feasibility of the model is verified in practice,the control is carried out according to the risk prediction results,and the targeted risk control measures are taken.Research have shown that the use of rough sets and support vector regression machines for risk prediction,combined with qualitative and quantitative risk control,can predict and control risks in the construction of prefabricated buildings in a superior manner,providing safety risk management for prefabricated building construction New ideas have greatly enriched the safety risk management system of prefabricated construction.
