The vast ocean contains rich resources.Countries around the world have turned their eyes to the ocean for oil exploration.Domestic oil pollution online detection instruments have been developed.Although the operation is simple and the detection accuracy is relatively high, the online detection instrument becomes very difficult when the weather environment is not stable. How to effectively detect seawater oil pollution more efficiently and accurately is imminent.Surface-enhanced Raman scattering technology is used to conduct in-depth research on the four molecules of PAHs in petroleum.First of all,in order to realize the detection of the measured substance, the principle of the laser micro-Raman spectrometer is analyzed in detail, including the selection of excitation light source, monochromator, notch plate and photomultiplier tube.Secondly, from the perspective of quantum chemistry a series of theoretical analysis such as structural optimization,front-line orbit analysis,Millikan layout, and thermodynamic parameter analysis of the four polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon molecules, were carried out from the perspective of using density functional theory to obtain the theoretical Raman spectra of the four polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon molecules. The meta-method analyzes the influence of the different structure, particle size, particle spacing, and wavelength of silver nanoparticles on the surface enhanced Raman scattering enhancement factor when the wavelength is 633 nm,the radius is 37 nm,and the spacing is 2nm,optimizes the nano-silver structure to provide further design of the SERS substrate and later experiments theoretical basis. Finally, the characteristic peaks of solid Raman spectra and surface-enhanced Raman spectra of four polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon molecules are found through experiments. The Raman spectroscopy was used to complete the qualitative analysis of the four polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon molecules,so as to achieve the rapid detection of the four polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in seawater oil pollution purpose.Figure 66;Table 20;Reference 141...
