| With the development of urbanization in China and the rapid growth of motor vehicle ownership,the total amount of mobile pollution sources has increased,which has become the main source of urban air pollution.According to the Traffic Management Bureau of statistics,as at the end of 2017,the National Motor vehicle holdings amounted to 310 million vehicles,and the number of motor vehicles in 53 cities exceeds millions of which 7 cities have more than 3 million vehicles.According to a US Environmental Protection Agency study,about 60%of the CO,44%HC and 31%of NOx are contaminated by emissions from motor vehicles.In order to prevent air pollution and improve the environmental quality of the city,the mobile pollution source should be monitored and managed effectively.The development of motor vehicle tail gas detection technology in China is late,and the traditional idling method and working condition method are used to detect the tail gas,but with the increasing of the quantity of motor vehicles,these methods can not meet the needs of the development of the society.In recent years,the introduction of advanced foreign vehicle exhaust telemetry technology has been introduced gradually.In view of the characteristics of high detection efficiency,fast detection speed,complete detection in the normal course of vehicle running and actual emission status of vehicle exhaust.This paper designs and realizes the on-line monitoring terminal of the mobile pollution source used for vehicle exhaust telemetry.This paper introduces the design and implementation of 5 components of the online monitoring terminal for mobile pollution sources,including① A vehicle tail gas detection device based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS)technology for measuring CO,CO2 and differential optical absorption spectroscopy(DOAS)technology to measure NO and HC;② Vehicle speed and acceleration measuring device;③ Vehicle license plate automatic identification device;④ Live Environment Monitoring device;⑤ Industrial control computer software control platform.In order to ensure the stability of the whole system and the user and the data center platform friendly Interaction,this paper uses Qt to realize the design of the control platform of IPC software,which can realize the coordinated control of the subordinate unit,obtain all kinds of collection data and display,process and store query in the software platform of Industrial control computer.By testing the software and hardware function of the on-line monitoring terminal of the mobile pollution source,the system can realize the on-line measurement of pollutant concentration and vehicle speed and acceleration of vehicle emission,realize the transmission of the front-end data collection to the industrial computer and the real-time display,analysis and processing of the software platform of the industrial computer.storage queries and other functions.The research and development of the system is of great significance to the monitoring and control of vehicle exhaust and the popularization and application of the telemetry technology of tail gas. |
