| The "garbage classification" movement in China has entered the practical stage, which puts forward higher requirements for the terminal treatment of urban solid waste.Among them, aerobic composting,as the most important means to treat municipal food waste, needs to be optimized, and the most important one is the development of compost auxiliary bacteria. Therefore, this topic is devoted to developing a mixed microbial inoculum to act on the hightemperature aerobic composting of kitchen waste,so as to achieve efficient degradation of perishable organic matter and reduce odor generation. The research results are as follows:(1)Six strains of high-temperature compost deodorizing bacteria were obtained from three sources:domestic garbage decomposed compost, livestock manure and laboratory preserved bacteria, which were Geobacillus sp.,Bacillus thermoamylovorans,Bacillus cereus,Anoxybacillus geothermalis,Bacillus coagulans and Bacillus licheniformis. The strain was fixed on diatomite and made into solid microbial inoculum. After being stored at room temperature for 6 months, the survival rate of effective microorganisms was higher than 109 cfu/g.Adding 2%mixed microbial inoculum into the kitchen waste and composting at 55℃ for 48 hours, the weight loss of the system was 56.6%,and the removal rates of NH3,H2S and VOCs were 90.4%,100%and 53.0%,respectively.The composting process could be accelerated by backmixing 5%decomposed compost in the system.(2)The kitchen waste was composted in a courtyard composting box for 43 days. After adding self-made mixed bacteria in the high temperature period, the high temperature period lasted for more than 13 days, and the removal rates of NH3 and VOCs were higher than 80%.The final system pH was 7.8,EC was 2.02 mS/cm,the total nutrient content was 5.33%,the total organic matter content was 67.37%,and the seed germination rate was 107.6%.A composting reactor was used for forced turning and high-temperature composting of kitchen waste for 48 hours. At the initial stage,self-made mixed microbial inoculum was added, and the composting temperature was maintained at 55℃.The odor concentration in the whole process was lower than 2 ppm,and the final system pH was 5.3,EC was 2.19 mS/cm,and the total organic matter content was 82.64%,and the final total nutrient content is 5.10%.(3)Anew composting mode of kitchen waste was put forward, specifically:In a composting reactor at 55℃,adding 5%reverse mixed decomposed compost and 1%self-made mixed microbial inoculum, the kitchen waste was composted in a stirred reactor for 12 hours, and then the kitchen waste was transferred to a composting barrel for 15 days of decomposition, and finally a mature bioorganic fertilizer was obtained. |
