| Lithium-ion batterie have been widely used in the market because of its high specific capacity,high voltage platform and good cycle performance.With the rapid increase in the usage of lithium-ion batteries,the recovery and reuse of used lithium-ion batteries has become one of the urgent problems to be solved today.If it is placed randomly,it will cause waste of valuable metals,and the harmful substances will also pollute the environment.Therefore,the recovery and reuse of waste lithium ions has become a research hotspot.This paper studies the integrated recovery and regeneration modification of cathode materials for used lithium-ion batteries.The main contents include:1.Analysis of the failure mechanism of ternary lithium-ion batteries:the failure mechanism of lithium-ion batteries is studied,and the failure mechanism of lithium-ion batteries is verified by direct lithium supplementation and solid-phase lithium supplementation methods.2.Dismantling and recycling of waste lithium-ion batteries:The pretreatment mechanism of waste ternary lithium-ion batteries is established from the discharge pretreatment,the separation of the positive and negative active materials and the current collector,and the removal of the positive electrode active materials.The pretreatment mechanism of the used ternary lithium-ion battery is optimized from different factors.The recovery conditions of different parts increase the recovery rate.Finally,the integrated recycling of used lithium-ion batteries has been realized.3.Re-synthesize ternary materials with recycled materials as raw materials:use pre-treated ternary recycled materials as raw materials to re-synthesize ternary materials through high-temperature solid phase method and co-precipitation method.In the co-precipitation method,the citric acid-hydrogen peroxide system is used to leaching metal ions,and the leaching efficiency is optimized from 5 factors,and the leaching rate of metal ions in the leaching solution is improved.The precursor is obtained by using the precipitation agent,combined with the solid-phase sintering method.And the final product of the ternary cathode material is obtained,the electrode sheet is prepared and assembled and tested to obtain excellent electrochemical performance. |
