| Grouting is a method that pumps materials such as polymer and cement to road subgrade or semi-rigid base through drilling holes,which can strengthen the subgrade and semi-rigid base.With the glorious development of mineral engineering,more and more industrial wastes such as mineral powder and fly ash were produced,not only did it occupy many lands,but it also polluted the environment.It’s a necessity to make use of industrial waste.According to the research theories of industrial waste conducted by universities and scientific institutions at home and abroad,combining industrial waste with traditional cement to make a cement-based grouting material,including mineral powder,fly ash and cement,which can reduce the engineering cost and environmental pollution,as well as reuse the waste.The main research contents are as follows.(1)Grouting material ratio test: based on current grouting material and theory,the influence of different groups to the jet-grouted performance was analyzed through laboratory experiment.Then adopting single-factor experiment to confirm the ratio of fly ash and mineral powder in cement,as well as the proportion of admixture.At last,the best ratio of material will be obtained from the orthogonal test of compounding activator and water cement ratio(physical and mechanical property and durability)with the aim to ensure activator ratio.(2)Grouting diffusion radius prediction: simulated grouting diffusion test will be based on new grouting control model designed by the laboratory itself.Then using gray relational theory to analyze the relationship between slurry diffusion radius and grouting pressure,and the relationship between grouting rate and slurry viscosity.The diffusion radius of slurry under different grouting pressure will be predicted by using C language to constitute model,and Python to optimize UI interface.(3)Engineering application: grouting test will be conducted in two severely damaged sections of the Danjiao Line in Donggang City,and the fissure of different lines will be classified and labelled.Comparing the deflection value of fissures before and after grouting,and using MALA ground penetrating radar produced by foreign company to analyze the image changes before and after grouting,as well as the repair degree to such damaged roads in Donggang City by adopting grouting material.In this way,it provides references for radar monitoring method in the application of road damages,and enriches the post-grouting evaluation methods in some degree. |
