Since the nineteen convening,China has entered the critical stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a critical stage of the new era.Under such a big background,the economic development of the country is also gradually changing to the new development concept.Before it only wanted the rapid development of the economy and neglected the ecological protection,the concept of green development has been fully implemented.As the key point of national infrastructure construction,traffic construction should take the initiative to carry out the idea of green development.On the one hand,using fly ash and phosphogypsum and carbide slag as the representative of the industrial waste not only large output,low utilization rate,but also for their disposal is a problem,if the open stack it not only occupies a lot of land resources,but also seriously pollute the environment,affect people’s health;on the other hand,in most parts of the country weathered sand everywhere,convenient and cheap.In addition,the traditional road material of the second limestone gravel road also has problems of low early strength and high construction costs.Therefore,this paper studies the comprehensive and stable weathering sand base of industrial waste,which is intended to reduce the engineering cost and to make idle and hard to deal with industrial waste residue for road base,so as to explore a high-performance and low-cost pavement base,which responds to the call of national green development.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1)The characteristics and application of raw materials used in this research are discussed separately through the comprehensive review of relevant literature.2)The basic properties of weathered sand,fly ash,carbide slag and phosphogypsum are discussed,their possible physical and chemical reactions are studied,and their reaction mechanism is analyzed,which proves the feasibility of the application of this new pavement base material.The compaction test is carried out for different mixtures.The best moisture content and the maximum dry density are obtained.The orthogonal test design is carried out for the simultaneous addition of three industrial wastes.3)First,fly ash,carbide slag and phosphogypsum were mixed into weathered sand to maintain different ages.Their strength forming mechanism was studied respectively.Then the two elements were mixed into weathered sand at the same time to maintain different ages,and the strength formation mechanism was analyzed.Three kinds of industrial waste residue are mixed with weathered sand at the same time,the strength characteristics of different age groups were tested,and the results are analyzed by orthogonal test table,and the best content and significant influence factors are obtained.4)The road pavement design program system HPDS is used to analyze different pavement structures.Through the experimental study on strength characteristics of industrial waste stabilized weathered sand base,shows that this new pavement for road base is entirely feasible,not only with good performance,high strength,and can make full use of the low price of the weathered sand and is not easy to deal with industrial waste slag,reduce costs and help protect the environment,thus to explore a new type of good performance,low cost,energy saving and environmental protection of the road base material. |
