| With the rapid development of the pharmaceutical market and the increasing demand for drugs,the Chinese pharmaceutical industry has developed rapidly in recent years.As one of the major pharmaceutical countries,China’s pharmaceutical industry will have a broader development prospect.This trend has also led to the rapid development of the related packaging machinery industry.People are particularly concerned about the quality of medicines.In the process of drug production,packaging machine is used for packaging,which can effectively prevent the drug from being polluted,and it has certain effect on preventing fake and inferior products.With the continuous expansion of pharmaceutical enterprise scale,the industry is in urgent need of stability,high production efficiency,and suitable for many products’ automatic packaging production line.Aiming at a series of problems in the production of pharmaceutical packaging,a feasible solution was proposed.This scheme realized automatic sorting,grabbing,automatic assembly,automatic storage and other functions,and improved the production efficiency of packaging production line.1.First,sorting.The design of the bottle is black and the cap is white.The color sensor is used to detect the position automatically,and the result is returned to PLC.When the material barrel is reached,it is picked up and placed in the correct barrel by two axis mechanical arm.2.And then out of the library.According to PLC cylinder output signal,launch bottle cap or bottle body.The motor drives the conveyor belt again,and the material is moved forward.When the photoelectric sensor in the baffle senses the material,it stops the motor and the conveyor belt stops moving.3.Grab work.The photoelectric sensor detects the position,and the color sensor detects the color.Determine whether the material is bottle cap or bottle body and feedback to PLC.The three-way cylinder oscillates,with the air claw clamping the material bottle cap or bottle body.Swing again,place the bottle body in the bottle body,place the cap in the bottle cap.4.Assembly is carried out by a manipulator.The robot arm takes out the bottle from the bottle body warehouse,and places it on the processing platform.The infrared sensor on the processing platform detects whether there is material.When the material is available,the cylinder rises and the air claw clamps the bottle body.The robot arm takes the cap from the bottle cap warehouse,and picks up the cap and moves to the top of the processing platform.The machine vision determines whether or not the bottle body is above the bottle body.After arrival,cover the cap,stepper motor starts rotating,tighten bottle cap and bottle body.After the assembly is finished,the robot arm puts the finished medicine bottle on the conveyor belt.The motor starts to rotate,and sends the finished medicine bottle to the logistics storage.5.The finished product bottle is conveyed from the previous station to the conveyor belt.When diffuse reflector fiber senses the signal of the medicine bottle,the motor drives the conveyor belt to run.The material moves along the lower conveyor belt to the sensor points at the lower storehouse.At the point of grabbing,the stacker fetch the material into the lower part of the finished warehouse.When the sensor detects the passage of the medicine bottle,the lifting cylinder of the hoist is extended,the air claw is clamped,and the bottle is lifted to the upper conveyor belt.The material moves along the upper conveyor belt to the grab point of the upper warehouse,and the stacker takes the medicine bottle into the upper part of the finished warehouse at the grab point.All the work has been completed at this point.The design of this project can complet all the work of drug bottle sorting and storage,and achieve full automation. |
