| Electrochemical sensors are widely used in the fields of medicine,clinical,industrial,food and environmental detection due to their advantages of simple design,fast reaction,few sample preparation steps,good portability,high sensitivity,and good selectivity in complex matrices.It is considered to be a good detection tool and has received extensive attention from the scientific community.Recently,many electrochemical sensors have been developed based on various nanomaterials such as graphene,polyenes,conductive polymers,and several metal nanoparticles(MNPs).The excellent performance of these new nanomaterials in electrochemical sensing applications promotes their production.Environmentally responsive polymers are applied to electrochemical sensors,which can make electrochemical sensors more functional,intelligent and diverse.Carbon nanomaterials have excellent physical and chemical properties and have been widely used in many fields.Combining environmentally responsive polymers with carbon nanomaterials and Sn3O4 to form a composite material,which not only has good electrochemical characteristics and electrocatalytic performance,but also has environmental response characteristics,making it more intelligent.The details are as follows:1.First,the photocatalytic material Sn3O4 is prepared by hydrothermal method,and then mixed with GO and PS-b-PAA in a certain proportion to prepare a composite material modified electrode for the detection of catechol.It has good reversible performance when the p H is 3~7.When the p H is 7,the detection range of catechol with the electrode modified by composite material is 1~140μM,and the detection limit is 0.97μM.At the same time,the electrode has good reversibility when the p H is 3~7.Experiments have found that the composite material has good stability,repeatability and Anti-interference.2.PDEA-PAA is formed by random copolymerization,and the synthesized environmentally responsive polymer,Sn3O4 and GO are mixed uniformly in the optimal ratio to prepare a composite material modified electrode to detect acetaminophen.When the temperature is 10~48°C,it has good reversibility.When the temperature is 10°C,the composite modified electrode presents an"off"state,and when the temperature is 48°C,the sensor presents an"on"state.Experiments show that under the optimal test conditions,we have found that the detection limit of the sensor is 0.41μM,and the linear range is1~5000μM.At the same time,the electrochemical sensor modified by the composite membrane has good stability,repeatability and anti-interference.3.First,synthesize carboxy functionalized multi-walled carbon MWCNTs(COOH),mix them with PDEA-PAA,Sn3O4 in the optimal ratio,and prepare a composite material modified electrode for the detection of adrenaline.Studies have shown that the modified electrochemical sensor has good reversibility at a temperature of 10 to 45°C.When the temperature is 45°C,the sensor is"on",and when the temperature is 10°C,the sensor is"off"State,under the optimal experimental conditions,we conclude that the detection limit of the sensor is 0.92μM,and the linear range is 1~300μM. |
