| Asset securitization has become a new darling in the capital market in recent years.As a brand-new financing tool,it has been widely used in all walks of life.The implementation of my country’s 13 th Five-Year Plan has made the green industry welcome In the spring of development,in the process of supporting green products,attention should be paid to the impact of asset securitization.Under the combination of policy and industry prospects,green securitization has now been developed in China for more than 10 years.However,in the actual application process,due to the lack of innovative means,it finally made it impossible.However,green asset securitization relies on its low-cost characteristics and can have unparalleled financing advantages in traditional financing tools.In the research process of this article,the 2017 issue 1 of Beijing Enterprises Water was used as a case to further summarize the wealth effect of green ABN.Based on the case analysis method,this article first introduces the development background of the green finance industry,and then makes a corresponding introduction based on the asset securitization of green products.The second is case analysis,which analyzes the company’s financial situation and various personnel backgrounds of the case.Thirdly,it explored the motivation of BEWG’s use of green ABN financing,mainly from two different perspectives,including the limitations of BEWG’s traditional financing methods and the financing advantages of green ABN.It will analyze the trend of changes in the value of the company from the financial status of the company,and further focus on the long-term impact of green asset securitization on the development of the company.At the end of this article,we will make a corresponding summary of the various contents involved,which can also realize the update of green asset notes and ensure that enterprises continue to improve their financial value effects from various financing channels. |
