As one kind of new carbon allotrope material,graphyne shows large surface area and two-dimensional layered nanostructure.It is considered as a potential sample pretreatment material,which could be used to prepare efficient and highly selective adsorbents,and was expected to further improve the detection efficiency and accuracy of modern analytical technology.In addition,graphyne presents natural semiconductor properties and photoelectric characteristics.It is expected to improve the power conversion efficiency and device stability when applied to the perovskite solar cells.Based on this,two kinds of graphyne materials were prepared and applied to the field of adsorption materials and perovskite solar cells respectively,and good experimental results were obtained.(1)Hydrogen-substituted graphyne(HsGY)material was prepared by Sonogashira-Hagihara metal-catalyzed cross-linking polymerization,and then 10 choline chloride-based eutectic solvents(DESs)were used to modify the surface of the oxidized HsGY,Synthesized DES-O-HsGY material.Elemental analysis(EDX)and thermogravimetric(TGA)tests showed that DESs was successfully modified on the surface of HsGY materials.X-ray diffraction(XRD)characterization results confirmed that the modification of DESs increased the interlayer spacing of HsGY.The material is used as a thiabendazole adsorbent in high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and the maximum adsorption value can reach 0.85 μg/mg.At the same time,the experimental data of electrochemical workstation cyclic voltammetry(CV)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)show that DES-O-HsGY material has higher capacitance and better conductivity.(2)Based on the framework structure of tripolyindene carbon,tripolyindene hydrogen-substituted graphyne(DES-O-PHsGY)was synthesized by metal catalytic coupling reaction.It was dispersed in chlorobenzene as an anti-solvent to prepare perovskite film.XRD results showed that the addition of the material could improve the crystallization of perovskite.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)demonstrated that the material could passivate the lead defects in perovskite layer.Steady state photoluminescence(PL)and time-resolved photoluminescence(TRPL)measurements showed that the addition of DES-O-PHsGY could enhance the charge transfer efficiency.After passivation treatment,the maximum open circuit voltage of perovskite solar cells was increased from 1.079 V to 1.112 V,and the maximum power conversion efficiency was surged from 19.51% to 20.51%.In addition,the perovskite films doped by DES-O-PHsGY showed good thermal stability.
