Urban metabolism is the process of inputting material and energy to produce economy and waste output.Studying urban metabolism is a better way to achieve sustainable urban development and to seek a balance between human needs and the ecological environment.The reconstruction and expansion of many contemporary cities has caused many environmental problems.The large-scale construction and stock optimization of cities consume a lot of energy and materials,and also emit a lot of garbage and pollutants.This is a prominent environmental problem facing urban construction and development.Therefore,The study of urban residential metabolism is particularly important.In the first place,this thesis collects various data on the annual completed area,demolished area,and population of urban residential buildings in Shijiazhuang City from 2011 to 2019 through the collection of literature and field research as the basic data of the model,and then analyzes the actual situation in Shijiazhuang and builds a modeling platform based on STELLA.Analysis framework.Then,through the STELLA modeling platform,a comprehensive simulation of the urban residential flow-stock,steel demand,and residential construction waste generation from 2011 to 2050 in Shijiazhuang City was carried out,and the situation was set and the dynamics of the inventory,new construction flow,and demolition flow were obtained.diagram.In the second place,after clarifying the analysis target,the model is divided into four modules: demand module,flow-stock module,resource module,and environment module.Combining the data with formulas,after running the STELLA model,the results simulated by the STELLA platform are analyzed in depth from flow-stock,resource demand,and residential construction waste generation.In the third place,combined with the analysis of the situation,the relevant countermeasures for the metabolic problems of the urban housing system are put forward.In general,after comparing the model simulation data from 2011 to 2019 with the historical data and showing that there is good consistency,the results of the model are analyzed separately.In the three scenarios of the flow-stock module,the large-area scenario has the most stock and demolition flows,and the basic scenario has the largest new-build flow;in the three scenarios of the resource module,three building materials,steel,brick machine,and cement are used for research Object,the large-area situation is the highest compared to the other two situations.Although the maximum demand is the highest in the basic situation,the maximum value of the large-area situation is only within 100,000 square meters;the environment module is mainly for analysis The initial starting point of the three scenarios is similar in the amount of construction waste generated,but the gap gradually widens by the end of the analysis period.At the same time,by setting up three scenarios of simulation experiments,it is confirmed that by increasing or decreasing some related variables,the activity of residential flow-stock can be greatly affected.Finally,the article gives some countermeasures to better realize the sustainable development of the city.
