| Urban rail transit is a kind of passenger transport system with large volume,high speed and high safety,which provides a quite effective way to alleviate the problems of urban traffic congestion and insufficient transport capacity.At the same time,the safety of urban rail transit has become a research hotspot.On the one hand,the data of urban rail transit system is huge,the structure is complex,and the flow of people is large,which is easy to cause sudden accidents and seriously affect the normal operation of rail transit.Rail transit safety accidents have aroused great attention from the operation units of urban rail transit and government supervision departments.On the other hand,the traditional emergency plan management system lacks unified emergency knowledge,and most of the plans take the form of paper version,which leads to low efficiency in the face of complex events.At present,there are few specialized researches in the field of urban rail transit emergency plan,and the accumulation of knowledge should be strengthened.In this paper,the three types of urban rail transit events such as natural disasters,public security,operation and production are collected and sorted out.Using KNN algorithm combined with word segmentation system,an urban rail transit emergency plan system is designed and implemented based on Eclipse.The application system is deployed on the server.Search,view,modify and generate the plan can be realized through Google browser,which has certain reference significance for urban rail transit emergency treatment.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,it introduces the general theoretical content of urban rail transit and explains the reason why rail transit leads urban development.This paper discusses the classification and classification methods of urban rail transit emergency plan,expounds the division and basic composition of the emergency plan system,and provides a basis for the development of subsequent system requirements.Secondly,KNN algorithm combined with NLPIR Chinese word segmentation system is proposed.KNN algorithm combined with word segmentation system can increase the generation of plan,making the retrieval generation of plan more accurate and humanized.The emergency plan database is sorted out,and the plan with small deviation value is obtained through KNN algorithm.Then the plan is judged according to the site situation of rail traffic accident,and can be amended and updated according to needs,and then adopted and applied.Finally,KNN algorithm combined with word segmentation system is used to generate three types of emergency plans for urban rail transit.Based on the analysis of the basic connotation and functional requirements of rail transit emergency plans,through the structured management of all kinds of urban rail transit emergency plans,the completion of three types of natural disaster,public safety,operation and production events,The emergency plan generation system has five modules: user management module,plan management module,event type module,emergency resource module and plan generation module.The system realizes the introduction and rapid generation of emergency plans according to the level and type of emergency plans,emergency functional groups and their responsibilities,and the generated plans provide certain theoretical basis and technical resources for the relevant command and management departments in the field of urban rail transit. |
