In recent years,with the increase in civil aviation passenger traffic,many airports at home and abroad have been built or are preparing to build parallel runways to increase airport operation efficiency,and many new navigation technologies have been followed."EoR-Established on RNP AR APCH" is a parallel runway simultaneous approach operation that leverages the advantages of RNP AR to improve safety,efficiency,and capacity by adding additional navigation accuracy.The implementation of this new operating technology can improve the level of safety in flight operations,so one of the conditions for running the approval process is to perform a flight operation safety assessment – FOSA,which is designed to demonstrate that the required level of safety is met.In order to ensure the safety of the aircraft using RRP AR independent parallel approach on parallel runways,it is necessary to study the change of collision risk law when aircraft use RNP AR to approach parallel runways.In this thesis,the HAZOP risk analysis method is used to identify the danger sources existing in the operation of the RNP AR approach procedure on the parallel runway.Then,the risk analysis is carried out for the risk scenario where the RF segment cuts into the fifth edge and the adjacent runway aircraft is independently parallel approached,and the collision risk when the RF segment cuts into the fifth edge is further studied,and a collision risk model based on position error and flight trajectory is established.Then the MATLAB simulation software is used to calculate the collision risk probability of different navigation precisions.The results show that all meet the safety target level of 1×10-7 accidents/flight hour required by ICAO.Finally,based on the actual operation of Kunming Changshui Airport’s EoR technology,the simulation calculation is carried out.The results show that when the two aircrafts cut into the five sides at the same time in the RF segment of the approach phase,the collision risk is the safety target level that meets the requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization.of.Based on the above research,it can make up for the lack of risk assessment of EoR technology operation in my country,and ensure the safety of aircraft when implementing EoR technology operation.
