In recent years,with the economic development of various industries,environmental pollution,excessive energy consumption and other issues have attracted extensive attention.It is of great significance to develop hydrogen economy and rationally and efficiently utilize hydrogen energy to improve environmental pollution and energy transformation.Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell(PEMFC)is a new clean and efficient energy conversion device which can be used in industry and life such as electric vehicles fast charging piles aerospace and other fields and has broad application prospects.In the process of fuel cell technology development,fuel cell test-bed is the key equipment to test battery performance.In this thesis,the control system of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell(PEMFC)stack test-bed is designed.The main research contents are as follows.(1)The basic structure,working principle and output voltage characteristics of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell(PEMFC)are analyzed.According to the function and technical requirements of the fuel cell test-bed,the design scheme of modular control system of the fuel cell test-bed is put forward.The design of fuel cell test-bed was completed and the battery test-bed was delivered.(2)The electrical control system of fuel cell stack test bench is designed.Determine the electrical control design of the test system,select hardware equipment for electrical system and design electrical schematic diagram.The control program is based on the control requirements of the fuel cell test bench.(3)The communication converter is designed to receive the fuel cell voltage information detected by the fuel cell voltage inspection equipment,realize the conversion of CAN field bus to RS232 bus supporting Modbus RTU protocol,and complete the data collection of fuel cell voltage and cell voltage.(4)The upper computer software of the Fuel Cell Furnace Test Bench Control System is designed,which realizes the management and control of the operation process of the Fuel Cell Furnace Test Bench Control System.The function of the control system of the designed fuel cell stack test-bed is verified by practical engineering.
