| Hydrazine hydrate is a small molecule widely used in agriculture and industry with high toxicity and carcinogenicity.Currently,the detection methods of hydrazine hydrate such as gas chromatography,liquid chromatography,spectrophotometry.However,traditional detection methods have problems that require complicated pre-treatment or low sensitivity.The electrochemical detection method has been wideiy concerned due to its simplicity of operation,ease of detection and high sensitivity.But electrochemical detection of hydrazine hydrate at bare electrodes has a high overpotential,so the choice of modified electrode materials is particularly important.Based on the above background,this thesis focuses on the following two aspects:(1)3,4,9,10-perylenetetraimide(PTCDI)film was prepared for fluorine-doped tin oxide glass/indium tin oxide glass(FTO/ITO)substrates using a facile electrodeposition method to obtain PTCDI/FTO and PTCDI/ITO electrodes.The crystal structure,chemical composition and microscopic morphology of the electrodes were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Infrared absorption spectroscopy(FT-IR),Ultraviolet visible near infrared spectroscopy(UV-vis-NIR)and Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)to confirm the successful preparation of PTCDI film and to observe the changes of the film stacking pattern and microscopic morphology on the two substrates.The electrochemical performances of the electrode were investigated using an electrochemical workstation,and the results showed that both PTCDI/FTO electrode and PTCDI/ITO electrode exhibited good sensing performance for hydrazine hydrate,especially the modified FTO electrode was significantly better than ITO.(2)The 3,4,9,10-perylenetetraimide/antimony sulfide(PTCDI/Sb2S3)composite film was prepared for FTO/ITO substrates by secondary electrodeposition.The Sb2S3film was first deposited on the cathode substrate using the constant potential method,and then the electrodes modified by Sb2S3 film were electrodeposited as the anode in the PTCDI electrodeposition fluid to obtain PTCDI/Sb2S3 composite film.The electrodes modified with composite film were characterised to find different morphologies of Sb2S3 on both FTO and ITO substrates,and the effects of the different morphologies of the materials and the material composite on the sensing performance of the electrodes were investigated by electrochemical methods.And the results showed that the sensing performances of PTCDI/Sb2S3/FTO and PTCDI/Sb2S3/ITO electrodes were improved compared with that of PTCDI films alone and had higher stability. |
