| Estradiol(E2)is an important hormone that has a great influence on human or animal physiology,so it is very important to detect it sensitively.In this paper,the Covalent Organic Frameworks(COF)catalysts were prepared by solvothermal method using homophentriformaldehyde and p-phenylenediamine as monomers,and the composite catalysts were prepared by loading gold nanoparticles,palladium nanoparticles,gold nanoclusters and palladium nanoclusters with excellent catalytic performance on COF respectively.Explore palladium,gold two doping nanoparticles different indicates a reaction catalytic effect on the gold particle size differences,and contrast sodium formate and sodium sulfite as a reductant reduction effect of system,through the nano catalytic amplification strategy,developed a fit body mediated COF package nano catalytic cluster amplification detection of estradiol,the new method.The estradiol aptamer(Apt E2)can be adsorbed on the surface of the doped COF with static electricity to inhibit its catalytic performance,while Apt E2can selectively bind to estradiol in the sample and deattach to the doped COF,thus restoring the catalytic performance of the catalyst.A large number of gold nanoparticles with strong Resonance Rayleigh Scattering(RRS)signal and Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering(SERS)signal were generated by the catalyzed chlorauric acid-sodium sulfite reaction.A new method for the detection of estradiol was developed by using gold nanoparticles as signal indicator.SERS method had a good linear relationship in the range of estradiol concentration of 0.333-5.333nmol/L,and the detection limit was 0.150 nmol/L.RRS showed good linearity in the range of0.333-4.0 nmol/L estradiol concentration,and the detection limit was 0.234 nmol/L.This method had good sensitivity and specificity and can be used to determine estradiol in actual samples. |
