| In recent years,severe weather such as snowstorms and tornadoes occurs frequently all over the world,which makes people realize the importance of ecological environment.In the early days,people only focused on the ecological problems caused by environmental pollution.Now,more and more scholars and experts focus on the economic problems caused by environmental pollution.In order to further improve the environment,we should vigorously focus on the research of those pollution-free,low energy consumption low-carbon economic model.Ecological environment problems are plaguing human life all over the world.All regions should reduce greenhouse gas emissions,alleviate the greenhouse effect caused by greenhouse gas emissions,and then improve human living environment.The United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change（IPCC）has decided to sell carbon dioxide emission rights on the market as a commodity.So far,China has piloted carbon trading in seven provinces and cities,including Beijing,Tianjin and Shanghai.The main purpose of the pilot is to accumulate relevant experience and put forward targeted solutions to existing problems,so as to provide reference for the construction of China’s carbon emission trading system.Therefore,the in-depth study of carbon emission trading policy to meet the social theme of low-carbon economy has profound significance for the development of regional economic activities.In the research on manufacturing export technology complexity,some scholars explore the factors influencing manufacturing export technology complexity based on the level of economic effects,and some scholars take manufacturing export technology complexity as an influencing factor to control other economic variables.As for the research on carbon emission trading policy,some scholars have discussed the effectiveness of carbon emission trading policy,and some have studied the mechanism of carbon emission trading,but there are few empirical studies that combine carbon emission trading policy with the complexity of manufacturing export technology.On the basis of existing research,this paper explores the relationship between carbon emission trading policy and manufacturing export technology complexity.The structure is as follows: First,taking low-carbon economy as the leading role,the research object of this paper is deeply discussed from three aspects: related theories,literature review and influence mechanism.Second,it studies the status quo of carbon emission trading policy and manufacturing export technology complexity,analyzes the background and content of carbon emission trading policy implementation and the status quo of manufacturing export technology complexity.Third,by comparing the experimental group with the control group,the influence of carbon emission trading policy on manufacturing export technology complexity is obtained.This paper examines the impact of carbon emission trading policies on manufacturing export technology complexity and verifies the relationship between them.The empirical results show that the implementation of carbon emission trading policy has a significant effect on the improvement of manufacturing export technology complexity.According to the research results of this paper,policy suggestions are put forward to improve the technological level of each manufacturing industry and improve the national carbon trading market,and the paper is summarized. |
