| Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)have adverse effects on human health and environment.The management of VOCs should be paid more attention.At present,adsorption method is one of the commonly used VOCs treatment methods.However,when the industrial adsorbent adsorption high concentration of VOCs,often due to the adsorption column temperature rise is too high,there is the risk of fire,explosion,high temperature will also reduce the adsorption capacity of adsorbent,affect the adsorption efficiency.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems,phase change energy storage microcapsule(44#MEPCMs)was doped into the polymer adsorbent to develop a polymer adsorbent with energy storage effect,and then a self-made dynamic adsorption device with temperature measurement function was used to explore its adsorption efficiency and temperature control ability.1.Preparation of energy storage polymer adsorbent by suspension polymerization.The main purpose of this experiment is to doping 44#MEPCMs into the polymer adsorbent to prepare a polymer adsorbent with heat storage performance,and then optimize its synthesis conditions through a series of characterization tests,so as to obtain an optimal route:When the reaction speed is 140 rpm,Dispersant polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)was 6 g,Na Cl was 40 g,500 mg/L methylene blue solution was 8 m L,monomer styrene(St)was 120 g,44#MEPCMs was 100 g,and crosslinking agent divinylbenzene(DVB)was 60 g,the ratio of the mixture of toluene and n-heptane is 1:5.Under the experimental conditions of the dosage of AIBN was2.5 g(two parts)and the total volume of deionized water was 1500 m L,44#MEPCM-Ps had good sphericity and uniform particle size.The specific surface area and average pore size of 44#MEPCMs-Ps were 148.987 m~2/g and 3.827 nm,respectively.The latent heat value of phase transition is 7.933 J/g.2.Experimental study on the adsorption process conditions and temperature control ability of adsorbent.In this experiment,through self-made VOCs adsorption device,and adsorption column with temperature testing system,dichloromethane as adsorbent,compared the laboratory self-made polymer adsorbent,doping44#MEPCMs polymer adsorbent,5A molecular sieve,AC dynamic adsorption temperature control ability experiment.Some operating parameters of adsorbent adsorption process were explored,and the adsorption law and temperature control ability of adsorbent were studied.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the polymer adsorbent doped with 44#MEPCMs has a certain VOCs adsorption capacity in dynamic adsorption experiments,and also has a certain heat storage capacity,which can be further optimized and applied in industry.(2)High concentration of dichloromethane can provide a large mass transfer driving force,strengthen the adsorption process,so that the final total adsorption capacity increases,but at the same time,the adsorption heat generated by the adsorption process also increases,there is a certain danger.(3)The gas flow affects the methylene chloride gas molecular diffusion process,indirect influence methylene chloride and adsorbent,the contact time between the traffic too ambassador methylene chloride with shorter contact time between adsorbent and most of the methylene chloride gas with air flow was taken out of the adsorption bed,through a shorter time and achieve the adsorption equilibrium time,equilibrium adsorption capacity is greatly reduced.The utilization rate of adsorbent is reduced.The flow rate should not be too small.Under the same exhaust air volume,the diameter of the adsorption device to be made will be larger,and the investment in the early stage will be more,increasing the cost. |
