Research On Ecological Protection And Restoration Strategies Of Daya Bay Under The Background Of Integrated Development Of Port,Industry And City

Daya Bay has a very advantageous geographical location and abundant biological resources.It is not only an important treasure house of subtropical aquatic germplasm resources,but also a key development bay economic zone in Guangdong Province.The north bank of the bay is a petrochemical base,and the west bank of the bay is a nuclear power reactor group,some islands in the bay are developed and constructed as crude oil storage and transportation bases,there are many large ports along the coast,and in the southeast,there are also large submarine sewage outlets that discharge sewage and wastewater from coastal industrial enterprises.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the port function of Daya Bay and the gradual advancement of the port,industry and city,the high-intensity development and utilization of the coastline has caused varying degrees of impact on the stability of the bay’s ecological environment,the biodiversity of the bay and the pressure on the bay’s ecosystem.This makes the contradiction between the development and protection of Daya Bay increasingly prominent under the development pattern of "promoting production with port and rejuvenating the city with production".Under the background of integrated development of port,industry and city,this thesis analyzed the impact on the ecology of Daya Bay and constructed a total of 16 evaluation indicators for the status quo of Daya Bay ecosystem from three aspects: the ecological environment of the bay,the biodiversity of the bay and the pressure of the bay ecosystem.This thesis determined the calculation methods of various indicators,and obtained the comprehensive evaluation results of the status quo of the Daya Bay ecosystem in a combination of qualitative,quantitative and semi-quantitative methods.The conclusion is that the Daya Bay ecosystem was damaged.This shows that the development of the integration of port,industry and city and the Daya Bay ecosystem have been out of balance.In order to enable the sustainable development of the Daya Bay ecosystem,without affecting the progress of the integrated development of port,industry and city,proposed strategies for ecological conservation and restoration in Daya Bay.
