In recent years,with the rapid development of detection technique for railway infrastructure,the train-borne rail condition inspection system based on non-contact measurement conception adapt to the needs of the inspection work with the advantage of high efficiency and intelligence,and effectively reduce the intensity of inspection work.In general,a rail condition inspection system can be divided into image acquisition,image analysis module and information management module functionally,and image acquisition module is the prerequisite for accomplishing the entire system.Therefore,a brand new image acquisition system is developed in this thesis,which can improve the image capturing speed,image resolution,illumination,camera pose and filed of view.According to the ultimate design goals and new inspection requirements,we propose the overall structure of image acquisition constituted by several various sub-target components,and analyze the working principle and technical status of each component.We also design the spatial layout of optical components,calculate the main parameters and determine each component’s model correspond to the actual product.Moreover,we devise an installation structure mounting under the train,and validate the security by analyzing the structural strength using computer-aid analog simulation.Meanwhile,image acquisition software is developed to realize camera control and acquisition.Finally,a prototype of image acquisition device is given and further mounted under the train to execute the experiment of rail line.After evaluating the captured image quality,system running speed and analysis results of detection data,the desirable experimental results are given,which will facilitate the further improvement of detection efficiency and accuracy of rail track inspection system.
