Steel plate reinforced composite coupling beams can improve obviously brittle shear failure and poor seismic performance of common reinforced concrete coupling beams,which be widely used in high-rise building structure.but concrete itself is brittle and collaborative deformation between concrete and steel plate is poor,which induce composite coupling beams fail prematurely,and bring many difficulties to repair them after the earthquake happens.HDC has great high toughness and crack resistance as well as resistance to damage ability,under tensile and shear load there are many cracks producted and strain hardening characteristic,which can significantly improve the brittleness of concrete,and improve member resistance to damage ability.This article will use high ductile concrete(HDC)instead of conventional concrete to improve seismic performance of coupling beams,and to lighten the degree of structural damage.and delay early cracks of components and improve the structures damage resistance,deformation and seismic performance significantly,the research content mainly includes:(1)Putting forward test design of steel plate composite coupling beams in this paper;Analyzing advantages of external steel plate composite coupling beams and internal steel plate composite coupling beams in engineering application;improving the traditional steel anchor into the wall limbs form of internal steel plate composite coupling beams further,to realize the coupling beams prefabricated industrial production.(2)Seven steel plate composite coupling beams were conducted pseudo-static cyclic test.Researching failure mechanism,shear capacity,deformation performance,energy dissipation and stiffness degradation of steel plate-HDC composite coupling beams,and researching different materials(HDC and concrete),steel plate configuration modes(external and internal steel plate)and span-height ratios to influence seismic performance and bearing capacity.The experimental results show that seismic performance and bearing capacity of external steel plate-HDC composite coupling beam is improved obviously,to improve shear-compression ratio is of great significance.(3)Bridging effect of the fiber can influence softening property and bearing capacity,fiber can be equivalent to the horizontal and vertical reinforcement,based on corrected softened strut-and-tie model,putting forward a suitable methods for steel plate-HDC composite coupling beams,researching different materials(HDC and concrete),steel plate configuration modes(external and internal steel plate)and span-height ratios to influence steel plate internal force variation law of composite coupling beams.
