| With the development of economy and society, the occurring of subsea tunnel makes it convenient for people to travel;besides,it has become a new driving force to promote the development of regional economy. However, the tunnel structure in the marine environment is not only suffered from the erosion of the surrounding chloride environment, but also subjected to the load. The durability of concrete has suffered a huge test.So carry out the relevant aspects of the experimental study of far-reaching significance. With the shotcrete lining structure of subsea tunnel as the engineering background, and the durability of the chloride ion erosion under the load of the jet concrete as the research subject, imitating complex environment under laboratory conditions,And the establishment of normal concrete to control test, chloride ion erosion characteristics of concrete structures in the marine environment and load coupling is the focus of the study, considering the influence of steel fiber, and the time. The main research contents are as follows:(1)Carried out the durability of the experimental study of the marine environment under the load of chloride ion erosion. The experimental results show that the distribution of chloride ion content in sprayed concrete decreases with the depth,at a depth of about 15 mm the results tend to be stable. The Chloride Ion Erosion Durability of shotcrete specimens is worse than that of ordinary concrete;in addition, steel fiber can effectively improve the durability of shotcrete;Spray concrete and common concrete materials show similar variation law with time and load.(2)Established correlation equation of diffusion coefficient and Surface chloride ion content with time and load variation. For the surface chloride content model,Sprayed concrete and ordinary concrete can both be well applied to this formula. The correlation coefficients were 95.5% and 96.5%.For the model of diffusion coefficient and diffusion coefficient. The correlation coefficient of the model of spray concrete and ordinary concrete with two variables were 95.2% and 96.7%. |
