| With the rapid development of national economy building fires is showing an increasing trend in recent years.Wherein,reinforced concrete industrial building exists a great security risk after a fire,it not only threaten the safety of public property,but may endanger the lives of staff.In this case,it needs to test industrial plant site and rate the reliability of identification,and to reinforce the repair.Therefore it would has a very important research value the detection and identification of reinforced concrete industrial building after the fire.After the summary of previous studies,this paper researches the Fire Resistance of reinforced concrete industrial building structural systems after the fire,based on the regulations of "industrial building reliability appraisal standards"(GB50144-2008)and "structural identification standard building after the fire"(CECS 252: 2009).contents of this paper are the following aspects:(1)This paper first introduced in a concept "Fire Resistance" to detect and identify reinforced concrete industrial building after the fire,it would obtain a very accurate reliability ratings after establishing a comprehensive reliability rating criteria of reinforced concrete industrial building structure system after the fire when the Fire Resistance and the security and the use of structure system sit in the same level.(2)This paper also introduced the detection method of the fire’ temperature and the mechanical properties of steel and concrete after the fire,and systematically analyze concrete industrial plants’ reliability identification rating standard after the fire.In addition,reasonable selection of detection methods is used to ensure the accuracy of the index data and in-depth analysis of the reliability rating criteria used to determine the quantitative criteria indicators,which sets similarity measures provide data to support research for later Vague.(3)This paper established concrete industrial plants’ reliability identification rating standard considering the Fire Resistance after the fire,after the analysis of concrete industrial plants structural system’ reliability identification rating standard after the fire.Fire resistance rating,fire cracks and deformation is selected as evaluation indexes of Fire Resistance,which make up the old structure system of identification rating standard that does not completely reflect the impact of the fire on industrial plants.(4)Taking a company plant #2 as an example,this paper respectively assess industrial plants with reliability identification rating,using the without Fire Resistance standard rating method,the with Fire Resistance standard rating method and the reliability rating method after the fire based on the Vague similar measure,which demonstrates the scientific of the Fire Resistance and the operability of the Vague similar measure. |
