| With the development of the third generation nuclear power technology in China,Machine installed capacity is also increased to 1400 MW,turbine building of Nuclear power plant as the important lifeline engineering position is more prominent.Taking into the main plant of nuclear power plant as an important industrial building account,when damaged,it will bring the disaster which cannot be estimate to human life and property and the nature environment,so the main plant should have a good seismic performance.Due to the nuclear power plant complex structure,technical requirements and the load layout restrictions,There are many weak links、the bad overall performance of the space and low safety reserve.At present,China’s nuclear power plant turbine building mainly adopts reinforced concrete frame structure and steel structure system.Application of reinforced concrete structure in the conventional island of nuclear power plant structure will cause a large section of beam and column-"fat beam,fat column" and more dead weight.It is not only ugly,but it will result in the reduction of the space of the main building.And because of the low reserve safety of reinforced concrete structure itself and the poor seismic performance,so main building of reinforced concrete structure is not suitable for the area with high seismic intensity.For the application of steel structure system in nuclear power plant,the nuclear power plant generally builts in the coastal areas,and considering the sea water is corrosive,so steel structure application in nuclear power plant will cause the main plant to use short life and other adverse effects.Therefore,it is more important to find a structure system which can be used in high intensity region,and have the good seismic performance of the structure,and whose cost is more moderate.It is the first time that the steel reinforced concrete(SRC)frame-bent structure system used in nuclear power plant turbine building structure,and the CAP1400 nuclear power plant structure in Rongcheng Shandong was taken as the research object.Using the experiment and finite element elastic-plastic analysis of ABAQUS of contrasting research on the seismic performance,and evaluate their seismic performance.(1)A new system of frame-bent structure of steel reinforced concrete(SRC)is proposed,and the structure of plane and vertical arrangement and the component size is determined.the test model of pseudo dynamic test is designed,and the failure process in the 1:7 scale can more simulate the prototype structure in earthquake.(2)ABAQUS finite element analysis software was used to establish the finite element model of the steel reinforced concrete(SRC)structure,where the dynamic characteristics of the steel reinforced concrete structure were analyzed.Using the concrete damaged plasticity model,pushover analysis which aimed at force is applied to the experiment structure.Contrasting the calculation results and experiment results,rationality of finite element model and its parameters are verified.(3)The same simplified method and parameter setting are applied to the finite element model of the experiment,and the original model of the test model was carried out on the dynamic characteristics and in the earthquake action.Through the calculation of the dynamic characteristics,the structural period,frequency and the reasons of the torsion are analyzed and studied;Through the analysis and research of structural damage,we will grasp the failure process of concrete,and determine the weak parts of the overall structure,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures for improvement;According to the structural displacement response and plastic damage,the determination whether he seismic response of structure meet the anti-seismic requirements that “no damage in small earthquakes,repairable in strong ones and no collapse in catastrophic ones” is made.In conclusion,for making the parameters more reasonable,the parameters were checked by the result data of anti-seismic experiment.Based on the elastic plastic time history analysis of the steel reinforced concrete(SRC)frame-bent structure system,the weak parts of the structure are determined,and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.At present,the seismic performance research about steel reinforced concrete(SRC)frame-bent structure system in nuclear power plant turbine plant is the first time in the domestic.The study of dissertation can provide basic data and references. |
