| To accelerate the rapid development of gas industry to solve,due to physical and chemical properties of the straw gas production difficult problems,is to ease the crisis in today’s energy consumption,to meet the diverse needs of the energy consumption structure,an important way to achieve sustainable economic development.In order to solve the problems of Biogas yield of straw during decomposition process difficult,in this study,corn straw,rice straw,reed grass and other diversified materials,through the biological treatment,chemical treatment of different pretreatment methods on biogas production,the methane content,volatile organic acids,treatment effect indexes of lignocellulose content analysis of different pretreatment methods of lignocellulose materials by bidirectional gradient gel;The dynamic changes of microbial communities in different pretreatment processes and anaerobic fermentation were analyzed by electrophoresis(DGGE)and high throughput sequencing:Three kinds of pretreatment(silage treatment,sodium hydroxide treatment,MC1 treatment agent),dry yellow corn straw in MC1 manure under the cumulative gas production is highest,gas production reached 100mL/g·VS%,the methane content reached 50%,the biogas project requirements;the removal rate of sCOD was above 50%,the organic removal effect is good although the accumulation of organic acids;but,in a state of dynamic balance of the reaction system,the reactor operation is stable.The type and quantity of different pretreatment methods between archaeal community differences,inoculated with microbial diversity is rich.Rice straw(sodium hydroxide and two MC1 agent)pretreatment method,the best agent treatment effect of gas production,the proportion in the process of anaerobic fermentation inoculum pretreatment for A4(rice straw:cow dung=1:3)ratio of gas production is highest,its value is 85mL/g·VS,the methane content was stable at about 65%,the removal rate of sCOD is above 55%,wood cellulose degradation rate is high,the content of acetic acid reached about 9g/L.The fresh and dry reed straw yellow by MC1 agent treatment and control(untreated)compared to fresh reed straw gas is better than the other,and the cow dung liquid in the process of anaerobic fermentation,A4(reed straw:cow dung=1:3)cumulative gas production up to 100mL/g·VS,the removal rate of sCOD was about 75%,straw cellulose degrading bacteria after pretreatment of the high rate of acetic acid reached 5g/L,showed that the microbial community in the process of anaerobic fermentation of fresh reed grass richness than dry reed grass yellow rich microbial communities in high diversity strong analysis of microbial communities,where porphyromonadaceae is the dominant bacteria,accounting for 14.50%. |
