| In recent years,car has been widely used as the travel tools.The automotive radar as an important part of automobile electronic appliances has gradually aroused people’s widespread attention.In this paper,studied the radar ranging and angle measuring algorithm,on the basis of predecessors’ research,and based on the radar experimental platform to verify the algorithms.Finally on the basis of the existing localization algorithm,this paper proposes a new localization algorithm based on target’s contour.First of all,according to the radar mechanism,research status and the automotive radar development trend,this paper selects the radar launch center frequency as 77 GHz,launch waveform for the triangular LFMCW.Then analyzed and researched the radar ranging algorithm and angle measuring algorithm,selected the triangular wave frequency modulation method to get the distance information while get the phase information by phase-comparing method.Studied the process of radar IF signal,and deduced the triangular wave mixing process.Finally set up the IF signal processing experiment platform,get the IF signal and spectrum of it,by the simulation to get the IF signal of triangle falling and rising edge wave.Put the results into the formula derived results,and then the results were compared with the actual value.Then,verified the radar positioning algorithm according to experiments.First set a tripod experiment platform to detect the static target,analyzed the data got by radar based on the target’s positioning information got by the laser range finder,and proves that the algorithm has high accuracy.Detected 3 typical road moving target: pedestrians,vehicles,and cars.The radar obtained the location of the pedestrians,vehicles and electric vehicles,proved that the algorithm for moving object has the same effect as for the static target.Finally,on the basis of the existing localization algorithm,this paper proposes a localization algorithm based on target contour.Based on theory of antenna space partition and the Dolphin TEF8102 chip which have 3 launch antenna and 4 receive antenna to divide the space of experimental vehicle,and get the location information by the laser range finder.Got the data of target edge from discrete data by using SOBEL algorithm,and got the contour center position based on it,set the outline center as the anchor point for the target.Contrast the radar data,outline positioning data and the actual location data,draw the conclusion that the positioning algorithm based on contour is feasible. |
