With the development of modern society,plenty of power electronic devices and other nonlinear loads have been continuously developed and used in revenue,which bringing convenience to people while has brought a lot of harmonics to the power grid.Harmonic pollution not only increases the loss of various equipment,but also reduces its service life.At present,the demand for power quality in all walks of life is higher and higher.Therefore,the study of harmonic pollution control and improve power quality has received great attention.As an effective filter,active power filter provides a new direction for improving power quality.This paper aims to study the APF system of three-phase three-wire system and design an active power filter.Firstly,this paper introduces the principle,structure and mathematical model of APF system,and studies the key technology of APF system on the basis of principle.The harmonic detection method based on wavelet transform is selected for harmonic detection.In this paper,an improved harmonic detection method is proposed to reduce the energy leakage of traditional wavelet transform for harmonic detection,and verify the rapidity and accuracy of this detection harmonic in MATLAB.The second,a mature SVPWM control strategy is adopted for instruction current tracking control strategy.The dc side voltage is adjusted by PI control.Determine the parameters such as dc side and capacitor voltage according to the mathematical model.The complete model of APF system is built on Simulink for simulation combined with harmonic detection technology.Simulation results show that the system can perform filtering tasks well.The third,the hardware and software design of active power filter based on TMS320F2812 DSP chip is designed on the basis of simulation.Complete the design of signal acquisition and conditioning circuit,protection circuit.Programming software in CCS3.3 development environment and completed the design of each module of the system.Finally,Conduct system debugging experiment on the development board,thedebugging waveform is consistent with the simulation waveform,It is proved that the design of harmonic detection algorithm and parameter of active power filter system can meet the demand.
