Research On The Comformance Testing Method Of Power Utility Automation Devices Based On IEC61850 Ed2.0

With the development of smart grid,IEC 61850 is more and more important in the information and communication system.IEC 61850 Ed1.0 has many inconsistent and ambiguous sections in spite of its outstanding performance in operability and expandability.The limitation of the standard itself restricts the application and promotion,therefore IEC 61850 Ed2.0 is amended and published by IEC.Currently the research work for new product of domestic mainstream manufacturers is in its final stages of product development,and the study of the comformance testing has become more and more urgent and necessary.First of all,the IEC 61850 and its comformance testing are introduced,and the key technologies of the IEC 61850 Ed1.0,IEC 61850 Ed2.0,IEC 61850-10 Ed1.0 and IEC 61850-10 Ed2.0 are compared and analyzed.The solutions of the comformance testing of the power utility automation deviced are studied and proposed in aspects like testing process,testing document,testing platform and testing result.The comformance blocks and test cases of IEC 61850-10 Ed1.0 and IEC 61850-10 Ed2.0 are compared and analyzed.The processes of the new test cases are designed,the test contents including the testing steps and expected results are stipulated and the testing methods are improved.Appropriate testing tools are selected according to the requirements of the new standard and the testing system is established based on the research.In the end,the server simulator which is a software tool is tested as the device under test to verify the feasibility of the testing methods in the lab envirement.
