In recent years,according to the development requirements of the State Grid,which is collective operation,intensive development,lean management,and standardized construction,the provincial metrology center centrally manages the verification.Under this management mode,the provincial metrology center needs to undertake the purchasing,arrival,acceptance,storage,verification and delivery of all the energy metering devices in the province with a huge workload.In these aspects,verification is the core work in provincial metrology center.Due to the complexity of formulating verification plan and scheduling,provincial metrology centers use manual verification plan based on existing regulations and historical experience,and lack the schedule of verification tasks.This easily lead to uneven verification workload,increased inventory,lower inventory turnover rate,lower efficiency verification and many other issues.In this context,this dissertation studies the verification plan and scheduling problem of energy metering devices.The dissertation first introduced the relevant concepts and production processes of energy metering devices.On this basis,this dissertation deeply analyzes the influencing factors that affect the verification process of the energy metering devices.Secondly,the dissertation analyzes the verification process of energy metering devices,and then clarifies the verification plan and scheduling problem.To solve these problems,the verification planning model of energy metering devices with capacity constraints and the scheduling model of the energy metering devices’ mixed production line are established,and the solution ideas are given.This dissertation takes T provincial metrology center as an example to optimize its verification plan and to solve its scheduling problem and then analyzes these optimization results.After optimization,the verification quantity of the energy metering devices tends to be stable;the capacity utilization rate of each verification line is significantly improved;the average inventory is reduced,and the inventory turnover rate is increased.From the optimization results,the models established in this dissertation can effectively solve the problems existing in the T provincial metrology center.Finally,in order to ensure the optimal implementation of T provincial metrology center,this dissertation proposes management recommendations from five aspects.
