Low voltage power line network has the features of wide range of distribution and easy access.The data transmission will greatly reduce cost,convenient installation,so the low voltage power line carrier communication has been widely used in the electric power industry,which is the most representative of its use in the centralized meter reading system.Centralized meter reading system for low voltage power line carrier(referred to as remote reading system)is a kind of low voltage power line for data communication media,combined with the user of modern advanced measurement,communication and computer network technology as one of the electric ity information collection and analysis system.Because of low voltage distribution network in large load random input and withdrawal of the power line input impedance change brings uncertainty,noise and signal selective attenuation and other shortcomings,this often make communication link interruption and range of power line communication becomes small,which reduce the reliability of the power line carrier communication.Firstly,this paper from the collecting system structure,low-voltage power line channel and power line network characteristics,analyzes the causes of reduced reliability of carrier communication.Then it sums up the method of node relay to f orward data,in order to expand the scope of carrier communication,so as to improve the reliabi lity of communication between the concentrator and the purpose of the meter.Afterwards,the advantages and disadvantages of several common relay routing algorithms are analyzed and the direction of improvement is proposed.Secondly,according to the shortcomings of the existing routing algorithm,based on reinforcement learning(Q-learning)algorithm and ant system algorithm,and put forward the Q-learning algorithm with improved ant colony algorithm and addressing system to optimize the hybrid optimization routing model.Then,using the model of power line communication network in the Taiwan area,the minimum number of hops is taken as the optimization goal,and the algorithm is analyzed from the aspects of fastness,robustness and invulnerability.The simulation results show that compared with ant colony system algorithm,max min ant system algorithm this hybrid routing algorithm can dynamically maintain routes based on changes in the communication channel,with strong survivability and self-healing.Finally,based on the characteristics of strong noise,strong signal attenuation and strong time-varying of power line channel,the power carrier communication network model is established and the transmission delay,packet loss rate as the objective function using the hybrid algorithm to optimize communication path.The results show that the hybrid routing algorithm can quickly establish the route from the master node to each slave node in the network.It has the advantages of short networking time and better network service quality in terms of transmission delay and packet loss rate. |
