Study On Environmental Protectional Deicing And Snow-melting Coating Technology

Blizzard weather in winter has brought great losses to China’s economic development,Including housing construction,power facilities,infrastructure and other aspects suffered varying degrees of damage.On transportation,the ice and snow on the road bring great trouble to transportation,ice and snow will reduce the skid resistance of pavement,bring hidden dangers to the operation of vehicles.Due to the lack of effective and timely snow melting measures,ice and snow disasters have always been a major problem.The advantages and disadvantages of current snow melting methods are analyzed and studied,An environmentally friendly active deicing and snow coating was prepared."Sustained and Controlled Release" in Medical Pharmaceuticals,applying it to the technology of melting ice and snow,consolidation of Slow Release Ice and Snow Melting Material on Pavement for Long-term Slow Release.Firstly,the surface modification of fillers and reinforcing agents was carried out with coupling agent to obtain the modified materials,preparation of Hydrophobic Coating Solution and Hydrophilic Coating Solution with Polymer Cellulose,a solution for coating is obtained by mixing in a certain proportion,Then,the bottom jet fluidized bed coating machine was used to coat the environmental protection snow melting agent,After obtaining the coating material,the micro-morphology of the coating material was observed to evaluate the film formation.Selection of suitable bonding material for preparation of coating solution,after the coating solution is prepared,to determine the optimum brushing amount of 0.65 kg/m2,ice-melting and snow-melting tests were carried out.Then the coating solution with the best amount of brushing was applied on the specimen to determine the anti-adhesion property and slow-release durability of the coating,then the durability and road performance of the coating are studied and analyzed,finally,the leaching solution and sodium chloride solution were used to test the environmental protection of the coating,including the effects on plant growth and the corrosive properties to metals.The test results show that:deicing and snow coating has good anti-adhesion and slow-release durability,excellent durability,sliding resistance of pavement is slightly reduced,but it still meets the normative requirements.Coating leaching solution will not have adverse effects on plant growth,it will not cause corrosion to metals,Environmentally friendly active deicing and snow coating has good environmental protection.
