The Research On Intelligent Building Project Process Optimization And Evaluation Of Company A Based-on SBSC

With the rapid development of economy and improvement of people’s living standards,the demand of China’s intelligent buildings has been developed.The project of building intelligent system is highly integrated system project,which includes not only variety of products but also complex functionality.This complexity of the project has its unique characteristics and objectives.In order to reduce or prevent operations uncontrollable factors and risk,it is necessary to improve project management and to optimize the project operation processes for reducing waste based on the developing of corporate strategy.For solving these problems,we propose to build the Performance Evaluation System of A company based on SBSC and to optimize the operation process of intelligent building project.Based on the operation process of intelligent building company,this paper is to adopt the Balanced Scorecard strategy(SBSC)applied to SWOT analysis and designed Strategy map,then use lean tools,earned value method and other project management methods and methodologies of process optimization to build the performance evaluation system which can be used to optimize operation processes,improve the work efficiency,control operating costs and reduce project risks,especially to enhance their core competitiveness.This can help China’ intelligent building companies to improve the project operation and support for them.
