Research On Technology Innovation Performance Of New Energy Automobile Enterprises In China

As one of China’s strategic emerging industries,the new energy automobile industry is of great significance for enhancing China’s independent innovation capability,seizing the technological commanding heights and solving resource and environmental problems.There are many factors affecting the development of new energy vehicles,and the technological innovation performance of enterprises plays a fundamental role.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a scientific and rational evaluation system of technological innovation to promote the rational allocation of innovative resources of new energy automobile enterprises.In this context,this paper takes the technology innovation performance evaluation theory as the analysis framework,discusses the status quo of China’s new energy automobile enterprise technology innovation performance,in order to provide relevant reference for China to improve the performance level of new energy automobile enterprises.This paper selects JL company as the research object,firstly expounds the relevant theory of technological innovation performance of new energy vehicles and the theoretical basis of technological innovation and innovation;Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of JL company technology innovation performance,points out the problems existing in JL company technology innovation and the importance of JL new energy vehicle performance technology innovation performance evaluation;Thirdly,the model of JL company Technology Innovation Performance Evaluation is constructed,Designing an indicator system for the evaluation of new energy vehicle technology innovation performance,Evaluating the technological innovation performance of new energy auto companies from technological innovation investment and technological innovation output.Finally,based on the characteristics of the evaluation index system,the fuzzy integral measure method and the gray level comprehensive evaluation method are used to empirically analyze the technological innovation performance of JL company.Through empirical analysis,it is found that JL Company has insufficient R&D investment in the performance of technological innovation output,the number of R&D personnel is too small,and the technical innovation,production,study and research have not been effectively combined.In the performance of technological innovation output,there are problems such as low innovation output performance,low number of invention patents,too few new energy vehicles,and low market share.Based on research results,this paper proposes suggestions for improving the performance of JL company technology innovation,Increasing the capital investment in technological innovation,strengthening the construction of technical innovation talent team,improving the technology innovation management system,Valuing the leading role of technological innovation,and participating in the joint construction of the national new energy vehicle technology innovation center.Hoping to help improve the technological innovation performance of JL’s new energy vehicles,and also provide reference for other companies to carry out technological innovation.
