Data center is the essential role of advanced productivity in current society,and it is the one of high load user.UPS equipment used on a large scale that injects a large of harmonics to power grid.It happens electricity safety to be reduced,the power quality of grid to be threaten,and power to be cut at serious time.Harmonic pollution is reckoned,harmonic governance is imminent.In this paper,to improve the performance of harmonic governance as the goal,in these ways between increasing the power supply’s capacity,installing LC passive filter,installing active power filter,preferred to select the way of active filtering.And further research to improve the filtering efficiency,for finishing the Technology optimization of active filtering.The research of SAPF is based on IGBT inverter circuit,i_p-i_q harmonic detection of instantaneous reactive power,hysteresis control trategy,to be realized harmonic governance function.In the optimization of harmonic current detection,it to be used thati_p-i_q harmonic detection of instantaneous reactive power is increased a time delay of compensation angle,to realize tracing detection in real time as close as possible.In the optimization of control strategy,it to be used that combining with actual harmonic proportion,to change the shortcoming of fixed hysteresis width,to eliminate that the hysteresis width cause tracking deviation because of too big or too small.After adopted two function optimization design,comparing the active filtering results of the foundation and improvement by MATLAB,proved that the improved filter effect is better.By optimization theory combined with the actual test and verify,studied by DSP TMS320F2812 as the control core of hardware and software design of shunt active power filter system,completed the scheme of realization of active power filter.Set up a system of the complete set of Uninterruptible Power Supply with active power filter,to realize the effectiveness of the scheme.In the paper,deeply digging the harmonic governance of UPS equipment,it provides practical significance to solve the harmonic governance of UPS equipment. |
