Industrial process control of the controlled object is often multi-inputs multi-outputs system.For some industrial processes,many control method can be selected.Single loop control is the most commonly used method,and it can obtain the ideal effect.However,for industrial processes with the strong coupling nonlinear multivariable and dynamic characteristics with the operating conditions change,it is difficult to achieve satisfactory control effect even if we use a single loop controller.Thus,process control is a key issue to obtain satisfactory control effect for complex industrial process with the strong nonlinearThis paper carried out research decoupling control method for multivariable nonlinear systems,and air compressor as a kind of complex industrial processes with a strong coupling and multivariable nonlinear dynamic characteristics with varying operating conditions typical example,to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method and can be realized.
