| Based on the current development trend of steel structure floor system at home and abroad,the paper proposes a new type of EPS concrete sandwich panel structure with reinforced truss,the sandwich panel structure adopts the reinforced truss as its force skeleton formed by the upper and lower layer steel bars,fills EPS concrete in middle layer,casts concrete in the upper and lower layers which is prefabricated directly at the factory,it has many properties such as light weight,high strength,excellent thermal insulation and convenient construction.In this paper,the EPS concrete sandwich panel structure with reinforced truss is taken as the research object,the bending failure loading test of three EPS concrete sandwich panel structures with reinforced truss is carried out.,and the test process and data results of three sandwich panel structures are analyzed,then the geometric models of three EPS concrete sandwich panel structures with reinforced truss was established by the finite element ANSYS software.Reference to the test process,the finite element models was simulated and loaded,and the calculation results extracted from three three sandwich panel structure models were compared with the experimental data,the finite element model is verified correctly,and the parametric analysis of the EPS concrete sandwich panel with reinforced truss is carried out.Finally,the theoretical study on the mechanical behavior of EPS concrete sandwich panel with reinforced truss under vertical load is carried out,and the calculation formula of cracking load,ultimate bearing capacity and bending stiffness of the structure is derived,which can provide a reference for the application and promotion of the EPS concrete sandwich panel with reinforced truss in steel residential buildings.The paper mainly completes the following work:(1)The experimental research on three EPS concrete sandwich panels with reinforced truss is carried out,the experiment process and data of each panels is observed and recorded.By analyzing the research displacement and strain data,the characteristic loads such as the force characteristics,cracking load and ultimate load under vertical load are obtained.(2)Based on the loading experiments of three EPS concrete sandwich panels with reinforced truss,the finite element models are established by finite element software ANSYS,according to the experiment process,the finite element models is simulated and loaded,and comparing calculation results of the finite element models and experiment results,the finite element models are verified correcttly,the effects of the above parameters on the mechanical properties of EPS concrete sandwich panels with reinforced truss were analyzed by changing the parameters such as span,section height,steel bar diameter and web reinforcement.(3)Based on the experimental research and finite element simulation data,the stress process of the EPS concrete sandwich panels with reinforced truss under the vertical load is analyzed,and the bearing capacity calculation formula recommended by “Code for Design of Concrete Structure” is adopted.The ultimate load of the EPS concrete sandwich panel with reinforced truss is calculated.Combined with the effective moment of inertia method,the cracking load calculation formula of the EPS concrete sandwich panels with reinforced truss is derived.(4)Finally,the bending stiffness calculation formula of the EPS concrete sandwich panels with reinforced truss is introduced by stiffness analysis method and effective moment of inertia method,and the short-term stiffness formula derived by the effective moment of inertia method is used to check the deflection of the specimen,the value error between the calculated value and measured value is within the allowable range,it can be used to calculate the bending stiffness of the EPS concrete sandwich panels with reinforced truss. |
