China has a vast territory and a large population.In some areas with relatively complex geological features,several natural disasters such as earthquakes,landslides and mudslides occur every year,posing a great threat to the lives and property of the people in the region.At present,the rescue equipment used in disaster accidents generally has problems of low maneuvering speed and poor road adaptability,which makes rescue equipment unable to reach the rescue site in a short time.In order to improve post-disaster rescue efficiency,it is urgent to develop a highly mobile multi-functional rescue vehicle with full ground adaptability and its walking system.The crawler walking device is the supporting part of the entire crawler machine.It bears the mechanical weight and the external force received during work,ensuring that the crawler vehicle can stably walk and work on the ground.The crawler wheel module is the main component of the crawler traveling mechanism,and the gravity load and torque received by the base are transmitted to the crawler frame,so the strength of the structure directly affects the working performance of the crawler mechanism.Due to the increasing application of crawler vehicles and the expansion of their demand,in-depth study of the track wheel module structure is an important issue in the design and manufacture of highly mobile multi-functional rescue vehicles.Aiming at this high-mobility multi-functional multi-purpose rescue vehicle track wheel module system with high practical requirements,using modern design method-finite element method,research and analysis design is one of the independent innovation design of various mechanical research and production enterprises in China.An effective method.In this paper,the finite element method is taken as the basic analysis method.The whole working part of the crawler walking device and the main parts are the research objects.The working principle of the crawler walking device is analyzed.The main structure of the crawler walking device is analyzed according to the technical requirements and actual working conditions.The force characteristics,load calculation and structural strength were analyzed.Finally,through the material and structure optimization of the track wheel module,the design requirements of “high strength,low weight and low cost” are realized,which lays a foundation for the further development of the structure and function of the track wheel module in the future.Finally,through the material and structure optimization of the track wheel module,the design requirements of “high strength and low weight” are realized,which lays a foundation for the further development of the structure and function of the track wheel module in the future.
