| In the coastal areas of the south,the economy is developing rapidly and there are fewer people.In history,there are habits of reclamation in shoals and harbors.Now there are countless projects for sea aquaculture,sea reclamation and landfill.Due to the large number of projects,the conditions of cofferdam are also complex and variable,there are different problems in construction,materials and later-period management.Especially for the seawalls that was built on soft foundations,for lack of construction experience,technical support and incomplete considerations,it is frequent to meet the failure of the project and causing the accident that people losing their lives and property.It even also does great harm to the environment.In this paper,I do some research by using finite element software ABAQUS from three aspects including overall force characteristics of the seawall-foundation,the factors affecting the overall stability of the seawalls,applicability of the silt and red clay as the embankment filling material.I hope that the research ideas,analysis methods and conclusions can have certain reference value for future seawall projects.The main research contents and conclusions include following key points:(1)I analyzed six types of sections:the presence or absence of a concrete slab in the slope section,the presence or absence of a concrete slab in a standard section,and the presence or absence of a concrete slab in a duplex section with three characteristics: Mises stress,horizontal displacement and tank displacement by establishing a three-dimensional model of the foundation and the seawall.There are some construction suggestions for embankment on soft foundation are summarized from the reseach:laying sand cushion,laying crack layer,setting sand well or drainage board.It is also proposed that the theoretical calculation can be made so that the load that can be assumed as the strength of the foundation increases is greater than the increase of the upper engineering load so theconstruction phase can arranged in advance.The settlement can be monitored on site,and the intermittent arrangement of the construction can be done in time to prevent soft foundation from abnormal deformation and ensure the reliability of the soft foundation.(2)The numerical simulation analysis of the factors that affecting the overall stability of the seawall project including the conditions of scouring and silting and the aging of the filled sand-filled tube are summarized as follows.When the double section of the drainage plate treatment is washed 2metre on the sea side and 1meter on the back sea side,the seawall project will not have overall damage.The slope section is severely washed by the waves and the foundation depth is obvious when the erosion depth is above 5m.The sliding surface of the seawall project has an overall risk of instability.The main influence of the decrease of cohesion caused by the aging of the tube bag on the seawall project is the fact taht the maximum horizontal displacement,maximum vertical displacement and the maximum Mises yield stress value has an increasing trend and the influence on the horizontal displacement is the largest.Moreover,the local plastic failure of the slope on the sea side of the seawall structure may occur and the plastic zone of the plastic drainage board region may extend upward to form a through region of the bank top that causing sliding damage.(3)The silt and red sticky before and after reinforcement with the polymer soil curing agent are applied as embankment materials and the slope of the soil slope is taken as1:3,1:2.5,1:2.The stability safety factor was compared and analyzed and the following conclusions were obtained.The silt before the reinforcement can not be used as the embankment material.The original red clay and the reinforced silt can be used as the embankment material for the seawall project with lower safety level.In the specific case,if the sludge is strengthened enough to satisfy the strength requirement,the use of sludge reinforcement will bring economic benefits.The safety factor of the red clay slope after reinforcement is greater than 2.0 under different slopes,which can be applied to seawall projects with higher safety level. |
