| The comprehensive renovation and upgrading of urban roads is helpful to the improvement of the urban landscape,and it is also the embodiment of the comprehensive civilization of the city,and also an important livelihood project.In the process of road renovation and upgrading,road construction often affects the surrounding traffic flow and residents’living environment.Once the project delays occur,it will easily lead to a large number of complaints,which is not conducive to the construction of the government image.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the progress management of urban road improvement and upgrading projects.This dissertation takes the project of comprehensive renovation and upgrading of Siming South Road in Xiamen as a case study of progress management application,analyses the difficulties existing in the process of road renovation and the problems affecting the progress of the project,and draws on the progress management theory and technical experience of domestic and foreign projects to formulate the plan of progress management of Siming South Road Road.In this dissertation,the methods of schedule management such as WBS,critical path method,Gantt chart and Projcet tools are put forward to scientifically formulate project schedule.Secondly,the process of implementation and control after project plan formulation is elaborated,and the deviation correction schemes in the process of project plan formulation,the analysis of project schedule deviation and the implementation of progress plan are presented,as well as the utilization of various schemes.Schedule control measures to ensure the final smooth completion of the project schedule.Through the research of this dissertation,it can provide guidance for the development of urban road comprehensive renovation and upgrading project towards more scientific and refined management,and provide certain reference value for other cities in the implementation of urban road renovation project. |
