Firstly,This paper in-depth analysis of the basic structure of a brushless DC motor,the basic working principle,control theory and the mathematical model and a detailed description of the traditional PID and fuzzy PID control method,focusing on the fuzzy controller of the production process;On the basis of the design of the brushless DC motor speed control based on PID and speed control system based on fuzzy PID control,and with the MATLAB simulation platform,the establishment of a brushless DC motor speed control system simulation model with two control strategies,through the analysis of the simulation results,the paper get the corresponding experimental results.Secondly,based on the theoretical simulation,the paper use the TMS320F2811 DSP as the core controller designed brushless DC motor control system hardware,and detail analysis of the various parts of the control system hardware action principle,draw the schematics and PCB,and a power supply circuit,the zero-crossing detection circuit,the position sensor detection circuit,the current detection circuit has been tested,and gives the design and implementation of software system based on CCS for brushless DC motor driver software.For the main program and each interrupt routine in each functional module software design and implementation for a detailed elaboration.Finally,used simulation theory as a guide,based on the hardware design,built the actual experimental system.Using accurate closed-loop control of the brushless DC motor speed completes the real-time monitoring of the output pressure of the rib hydraulic system.Though the experiment of the motor pump positioning assembly of three wing rib class driver supply voltage,current,and ribs of cylinder pressure and thrust measurements,analyzed with the increase of the rotational speed of the brushless motor,the motor supply current,the relationship between various curves corresponding to cylinder pressure and thrust of the rib.Finally,drawn and analyzed the curvilinear relationship of the three rib gradually increases as the speed measured by the pressure sensor is pushed against the force of the curvilinear relationship.And has laid a foundation for achieve a more optimized hydraulic positioning control system.
