Steel slag has been drawing attention as a source of bulk solid waste.On the one hand,the production of steel slag is high and the prospect of resource utilization is promising;on the other hand,research on steel slag as a mineral admixture and aggregate has also been deepened.In order to make effective use of the characteristics of steel slag,this paper will study steel slag as the cementing material and aggregate of sleeper concrete.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Research on steel slag used as sleeper concrete gelling system made of admixtures,the conclusion shows: The steel slag selected for this article should be used for 30 minutes.The incorporation of slag powder can reduce the water content of the standard consistency and improve the compatibility of the water reducer.When steel slag powder and slag powder mix at the ratio of 1:1,accounting for 40% of cementitious material,steel slag powder and fly ash mix at the ratio of2:1,accounting for 30% of the cementitious material and steel slag powder,steel slag powder,fly ash and slag powder mix at the ratio of 2:1:1,accounting for 40% of cementitious material,the mechanical properties and particle size distribution of the above three kinds of mixed cementitious system are excellent.(2)Influence of compressive strength of sleeper concrete with steel slag under aggregates,the results showed that: The solidity of steel slag is improved by aging.The incorporation of steel slag concrete sleeper aggregates results in an overall increase in the compressive strength of the configured concrete.Graded slag concrete sleeper has improved compressive strength and reinforcement.At the same time,along with the improvement of its fineness modulus,it is also helpful for the compressive strength and enhancement value of fine aggregates.(3)Research on strength characteristics of sleeper concrete with steel slag under reasonable grading,the results reflected that: When single steel slag powder is mixed into concrete,the overall strength of the concrete is lower than ordinary concrete and will not be improved due to the improvement of the specific surface area and particle size distribution of the steel slag powder.When the steel slag and mixed cement system is combined with the steel slag sleeper aggregate,the proportion distribution of the strength-preferred group and the steel slag-remixing gelling system is consistent.(4)The study of the durability of steel slag sleeper concrete under reasonable grading can be obtained by: At 6 months,the mixed strength of steel slag sleeper concrete and common concrete can be mixed,and the corrosion resistance can be kept above 0.8;The frost resistance of ordinary concrete is not as good as that of the steel slag mixed with concrete sleeper.
