As the main power source of hydraulic system,hydraulic pump has been widely used in construction machinery.Nowadays,with the on-site working conditions becoming more and more complicated,the demand for the performance of hydraulic pump flow output,rated working pressure and so on is increasing.In addition,when the plunger pump works,due to wear and cavitation,the service life of the plunger pump cannot be guaranteed,and the noise generated during work is also very large.It is urgent to make a more complete machine-liquid joint simulation analysis.In this paper,the nine-plunger axial plunger pump for excavators is used as a model.The hydraulic-system analysis,CFD simulation analysis and ANSYS-Fluent fluid-structure coupling analysis are used to compare the machine-liquid joint simulation analysis.The thesis uses the AMESim hydraulic simulation platform to establish the simulation model of the axial piston pump hydraulic system,and studies the variable characteristics of the hydraulic pump pressure,flow and efficiency.The hydraulic system simulation model of the double axial piston pump is established for the double axial piston pump studied in this paper,and the pressure,flow and other variable characteristics of the two side plungers is analyzed under different angles of the swash plate on both sides and different load signals on both sides.A complete sliding shoe dynamic model was established,and its motion characteristics and dynamic characteristics were analyzed,and the static oil film flow field of the sliding shoe pair was analyzed using ANASYS Fluent simulation software to obtain the change of its hydraulic pressure.Based on the CFD calculation theory,ANASYS Fluent software was selected.For the plunger pump fluid domain model,from its model establishment,simulation calculation model selection,dynamic grid meshing to simulation calculation to the final post-processing,a more systematic analysis was carried out.Under certain working conditions,the pressure cloud diagram,velocity cloud diagram,turbulent kinetic energy cloud diagram and some mechanical characteristic curves of the plunger pump at different times in the flow field of the plunger pump are used to conduct a complete flow field simulation analysis of the flow field of the plunger pump and improve the mechanical model.Based on the analysis of the flow field,the ADAMS software was used to perform a mechanical analysis on the key stress point,that is,the sliding shoe-plunger articulation point,and the stress problem in the process of plunger pump work was obtained.Using the ANSYS workbench software,the flow field calculation results obtained by ANSYS Fluent are coupled with the solid domain of the plunger pump to perform a complete axial plunger pump fluid-solid coupling analysis,and the mechanical changes of the cylinder block and plunger caused by the flow field changes.
